I have an ipod touch with kindle app and need to be on wi-fi internet to get downloads. I have a laptop wired by LAN to internet but the laptop is wireless-N capable. Is there a way to use the laptop lan and wi-fi bridge to make the ipod think it is in a wi-fi internet zone, or conversely, any way to download kindle books through the laptop and sync to the ipod touch? Any help here would be very appreciated. I will be in a location where there is no wi-fi network.

I have the Kindle app. It can’t download to the computer, only the device. Maybe your best option would be to download a lot of books before you’re out of wi-fi range.

I think you cannot get Kindle books through your laptop. It can only be get through the Kindle app on your iPod Touch.
