So you do need to be a normal lighted environment to read. It can hold up to 1500 titles, which is great for someone like me who travels frequently and doesn't have enough space at home to keep so many books. You can read the first chapter of each book free, before you decide to buy it. Now that's really fair and sure beats having to go to a bookstore and browse in the racks. In certain countries, these books are fully wrapped so you can't open the book to scan its contents!
